PIZZAZZ a plenty Xmas Card

Good morning! I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend. Currently I am enjoying creating with some of my new purchases from Pizzazz a Plenty. I had been told that the Dark Red cardstock was amazing and thought that I might try it for Chrismas cards. OMG, I am here to tell you that this is the most amazing card stock I have ever used! It is sooooooo soft it almost feels like velvet or suede. I am a touchy/feely person...love texture! This pic really does not do justice to the color as it is a dark, deep red. I used Fancy Tags and Fancy Squares Nestabilities to cut my shapes. Added my bling...the irridescent reindeer and the shiny flat silver pearls are also from Pizzazz a Plenty. The ribbon is some from my stash...for once I had ribbon the color I needed when completing a card...and the snowflakes were created using a mini punch I had! Well, I hope you like my creation, I am pleased with its clean and simple design. Today, I have a baby shower to attend and will go to church this afternoon. Not real sure what the rest of my weekend will entail but hopefully it will include more time for creating! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and I thank you so much for stopping by!

Congratulations

HAPPY FRIDAY!!! Oh gosh you just don't have a clue how happy I am that this is the end of the week! I wanted to share a card with you that I created using a new image from Squigglefly. The congratulations circle sentiment is a new one to be released on Saturday by Jess Holland....perfect for so many occassions! And I just happened to need a baby boy shower card for this weekend so I colored the Congratulations in blue in Photoshop and added another Squigglefly image in the middle...Bouncing Buggy. I am having so much fun with the new nesties that I got in the mail this week! And the embossing folder I used on the background is Cuttlebugs Scrollwork...thought it framed the card perfectly. And of course I had an opportunity to use some of my Pizzazz Aplenty pale blue flatback pearls...just can't say enough about their products! I added a ribbon and voila...bing bang boom...done! I am very pleased with how this card turned out and hope my neice loves it too! Have a super awesome day today...thanks so much for stopping by and leaving some love!

Glitterbabes Challenge....Autumn Leaves

Gosh it is Thursday again ALREADY!! That week has flown by! And it is time for another Glitterbabe Challenge. Today we are being sponsored by Patti's Creations and we were challenged to use a Thanksgiving theme using our choice of images that Patti provided us. This image is so fun!! I colored it with copics, chalked the sky and the ground...also cut out a few extra leaves to cover the ground. I created the sentiment myself in Photoshop and cut out the image using one of my new nestabilities...fancy squares...matted this onto a burgandy scalloped rectangle also cut with nesties. The designer paper is from my stash! My bling on this card is the awesome topaz gems you see around the fancy square...these are from Pizzazz Aplenty...my recent purchase from Judy has allowed me to create with bling at such an affordable price...believe me, these really look awesome on my card in real life. If you have not been to Pizzazz Aplenty, you are really missing out on some awesome bling...and we all know that BLING is the main requirement on Glitterbabe's Challenge creations...pay Judy a visit and check out her bling...Please hop on over to the Challenge spot and look at what my fellow Glitterbugs created...we make a great team! And consider playing along with us this week...it is so easy to bling up a card! And Glitterbabe has a freebie area...check them out...if you haven't been to the shop in a while you are missing out on some spectacular images. After a rough day yesterday, I hope to have a good day today at work and I wish you the same with whatever you do today. Thank you so much for stopping by to see me!
